FAQ Five straight answers
Is there a fee to apply or a franchise fee?
No. Becoming a certified applicator is not a franchise, and there are no monthly fees or complicated contracts.
What happens if my area already has a certified applicator?
Territories are exclusive, so an area that is already held is not offered twice. Tell us the ZIP codes you want and we will tell you what is available. Exact assignment rules are still being finalised, so treat any territory as reserved rather than granted until PP Teck confirms it.
Do I need to buy equipment?
Yes. A certified applicator applies the polymer with PP Teck’s application machine and prepares the surface with the sanding machine. Both are part of being able to do the work to the standard.
How long does certification take?
Training happens at HQ on the application standard, after the due diligence review. The schedule is agreed with you directly rather than fixed to a calendar.
What do I get on the customer side?
You appear in customer ZIP search the moment you are approved, so bookings in your territory come to you.
