PPTECK Inc.'s Terms & Conditions for PP Teck text notifications: account, booking, application, Passport and warranty updates, and sign-in codes.
Program
PP Teck notifications is a text message program operated by PPTECK Inc. (PP Teck). It sends messages about your dealings with PP Teck: sign-in and verification codes; booking requests, confirmations, reschedules and completed installations; partner application updates; Passport and warranty updates; replies to your enquiries; and account notices for PP Teck partners and staff. We do not send marketing messages through this program.
Consent
You opt in by ticking "Text me updates from PP Teck at this number" next to a phone field on ppteck.com (at checkout, on the partner application, Launch Week, Passport registration or the contact form), by telling PP Teck or an Authorized Applicator's staff that you agree to receive texts when they enter your number, or, for PP Teck partner and staff users, by turning on text messages in their PP Teck console account. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. A one-time sign-in code is sent only when you ask for one at that number.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your activity, typically 1 to 5 messages per booking, application or request.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again. PP Teck partner and staff users can also turn text messages off in their PP Teck console account.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
