Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, and any details you submit through our forms (including bookings, Passport registration and the Authorized Applicator application). We may also collect standard technical data such as IP address and browsing activity via cookies.
Cookies and analytics
ppteck.com uses cookies and similar browser storage. Some keep the site working, such as remembering your language and display theme, keeping you signed in, and saving your place in a booking. We also use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, services of Google LLC, to understand how visitors use our website and to measure and improve our website and marketing. These tools collect information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, your device and browser type, and an approximate location based on your IP address. Analytics is on by default. If you turn it off with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of our pages, our website stops loading Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for you, and Google Analytics already running on the page stops collecting. We use your information to provide and schedule our products and services, review and respond to applicator applications, send you confirmations, updates and sign-in codes by SMS and email, provide customer support, operate and improve our website, and comply with legal obligations.
SMS / Text messaging
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from PPTECK Inc. about your dealings with PP Teck, such as sign-in codes and booking, application, Passport, warranty and account updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Our SMS Terms describe the program in full.
No sharing of mobile opt-in data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors who provide support services (such as customer service or messaging delivery) solely to help us operate. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, or when required by law.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information.
Your choices
