What happens at a treatment appointment, step by step
If you have booked a treatment, or are thinking about it, this is what the visit looks like from the service bay. Every certified applicator works to the same standard, so it looks the same wherever you book.
The tires come off
Each tire is dismounted from its wheel so the applicator can reach the inner surface. It is the same first step as any tire service, done by technicians who do this work every day.
The surface is prepared
The inner surface is cleaned and prepared with the sanding machine. Nano Polymer has to bond to the tire rather than sit on it, and preparation is what makes that possible.
Prepared surface, even coverage, balanced set. That is the whole appointment.
The Nano Polymer goes on by machine
The applicator applies an even layer with PP Teck’s application machine. Even coverage is what certification exists for. Too little in one place, and that place is not protected.
Back on, and balanced
The tires are remounted and balanced as part of the service, the same as after any tire work. The vehicle drives as it did before, and there is nothing for you to do afterwards.
Your record
The treated set is backed by PP Teck’s limited product warranty and gets a certificate reference. You can look that reference up on the warranty lookup page at any time.
