Installer terms & business policy.

What a certified applicator agrees to when they apply. This is a draft template, not the final policy — the applicant consent checkbox will link here once PP Teck supplies the real terms.

ProvisionalPlaceholder draft: every specific below (territory size, fees, notice periods) is an invented example for development use, not PP Teck's actual policy — the contact details are real. Not reviewed by counsel. This page must not go live until PP Teck supplies the real terms and approves them.

Certification and the application standard

Every certified applicator completes PP Teck's training program at HQ before performing any paid application. Training covers surface preparation with the PP Teck sanding machine, application of the nano polymer coating with the PP Teck application machine, and the quality checks that make the treatment warranty-eligible. An application performed off this standard is not covered by the PP Teck warranty and may result in suspension of certification.

Territory

An approved applicator receives an exclusive service area of up to 20 road miles from their registered business address, based on the territory requested during application and PP Teck's coverage map at the time of approval. PP Teck will not certify a second applicator inside an existing holder's active territory. A territory may be reduced or reassigned if the applicator does not meet PP Teck's minimum activity and quality standards, or is placed on inactive status for more than 180 consecutive days.

Equipment and purchase terms

Certified applicators purchase the PP Teck application machine and sanding machine directly from PP Teck at the price in effect on the date of order. Equipment is sold, not leased; the applicator is responsible for its maintenance, calibration, and eventual replacement. PP Teck may offer installment terms at its discretion — these are agreed separately and are not part of this policy.

Fees and payment

There is no franchise fee, licensing fee, or recurring monthly fee to hold PP Teck certification or a territory. The only charges are the one-time equipment purchase above and the ongoing cost of the polymer product itself, invoiced as ordered.

Termination

Either party may end the certification relationship with 30 days' written notice. PP Teck may suspend or terminate certification immediately for a warranty-standard violation, a safety issue, or non-payment. On termination, the territory reopens to other applicants and any booking already confirmed with a customer must still be honored or handed off with the customer's consent.

Liability and insurance

A certified applicator maintains commercial general liability insurance for the duration of their certification, evidence of which is collected during application and may be re-verified at any time. The applicator is responsible for their own work and premises; PP Teck's product warranty covers the treated tire, not the applicator's installation business.
