How the polymer works, and why it has to be applied properly.
A nano polymer coating is bonded to the prepared inner surface of the tire. When an object punctures the tread, the polymer is drawn into the hole and seals it in milliseconds, so the tire holds pressure and you keep driving. It stays flexible for the life of the tire and needs nothing from you afterwards.
Prepared surface
The inner surface is cleaned and prepared with the sanding machine, because the coating has to bond rather than sit.
Applied by machine
A certified applicator applies an even coat with PP Teck’s application machine. Even coverage is the whole point of certification.
